Why not just use the router from my internet provider?

You can, and it'll keep doing what it does now. The provider box is built to be cheap, not good — and many charge you rent for it monthly. One clean Eero system covers the house, and dropping the rental fee pays back a chunk of the hardware over time.

Not us — no drills, no attics, that's the deal that keeps this service simple. If your walls already have ethernet, we use it. If new cable needs to be run, we bring in our install partners at Soul Craft Systems and stay your point of contact.
